Best when you are starting from zero or near-zero
Run one calm loop before you chase marks
Your first goal is not a mock score. Your first goal is to finish one honest Study Vault -> Practice -> Mistake Review -> Notes loop so the app has real evidence.
Choose an easy or scoring subtopic in Study Vault. Do not choose a whole chapter for the first loop.
Output: One manageable target is selected.Read theory, examples, common mistakes, and ready-when markers before touching questions.
Output: You know what the question is likely to test.Solve a small focused set honestly. The first set is for evidence, not ego.
Output: The app gets your first attempt signal.Review wrong answers, save one repeatable lesson, and let Revision Helper bring it back.
